Attendees will leave with understanding how to: develop a position and write a help wanted ad, resources where to post ads and find candidates, information on how to conduct an effective interview, hiring documentation and forms, Ban the Box and other legal considerations of hiring, evaluating contractor vs. employee status, offers, background checks, references and onboarding.
