The Men’s Group - A Pilot

We have long been asked about creating a “Circle” for men by our members and others who know us and the work we do. We believe now may be the time to pilot a men’s group. 

Why?

  • To help address the difficulty of what “being a man” is  in today’s ever-changing environment.

  • Create an environment for men who are looking to run a business that is not only profitable but has a more human centered approach.

  • Support male (and male identifying) business owners who are looking for a peer group to connect, grow and learn with while working on their goals in business, leadership and life.

  • To be that “non-bro” group.

Who This Is For

Male (and male identifying) business owners who are looking for a peer group to connect, grow and learn with while working on their goals in business, leadership and life.

Potential members are the type that believes in fully showing up for themselves and for other members by:

  • Being vulnerable and ready to work through the tough things

  • Approaching things with curiosity

  • Looking to give as as much as they receive in feedback, advice, support

  • Believing that every person has something to contribute

  • Respecting differences and amplifying each other.

  • Strengthening an inclusive leadership mindset


Our Model

  • Monthly Meetings for 10 months (no July or December meetings)

  • 3 hours at a time

  • Focuses: Business, Leadership & Life

  • No more than 12 to a group, no competing industries in a group

 

OUR FACILITATOR

Our pilot group will be run by Michael Metro, who, like all Facilitators has “been there and done that”. He also brings a fresh perspective of leadership and diversity from his professional work experience.

GETTING STARTED

Our goal is to start by October of 2024 with 10 members. Location, dates and times will be determined in partnership with our first members and Facilitator.
