Are you a Chaos Muppet or Order Muppet?

So the three words I am thinking of have a lot do with a shared experience and connecting one on one.

These words are pretty powerful. They can help with delivering on great customer service, company performance, building new relationships or repairing old ones. They can help leaders have tough conversations and coach and develop others. In fact - they are great for personal relationships too.

In the final week of the 2021 year, we’re closing it out with a final - yet exciting feature of Emmy Ross. Our Member to Meet campaign highlights a BWC Circle member as they take us behind the scenes of their business, successes, and even their losses. Today, we get to know Emmy, the Founder of Revel & Flourish, Posies and Poise, and Alta Events Co.

We’re beyond thankful this week, sharing gratitude for our circle members - in particular, Keri Bischoff with Keri Bischoff Consulting, LLC. Keri began her business in 2015, also when she joined the BWC as a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths™consultant. A long-time supporter of our organization, we consider ourselves the lucky ones to know Keri and are thrilled to share more with you today.

Do you budget your time like you budget your finances?

With just a few months of the year left, we’re thrilled to share another Member to Meet, in particular, Angela Knox. the founder of The Divine Group. Now more than ever, Angela understand the importance of brand awareness, hence the recent launch of her brand agency. Today, we’re eager to learn more about The Diving Group and the community Angela finds in her BWC circle.

If the world feels like it is burning down around you - “huddle”.

As we look toward the second half of the year and a Summer season that has flown by, we’re eager to hear from BWC member Anne Andrus, Founder of local Honey and Rye Bakehouse. With a recent reopen to the public, Anne knows resilience, change and survival during unprecedented times. Today, we’re eager to learn more about Honey and Rye and share Anne’s journey.

It’s hard to believe the year is almost half over. With record speed, our members are off and running and we’re thrilled to share our latest Member to Meet, Mary Kay Ziniewicz, founder of Bus Stop Mamas. With just a few short years since the launch of her website, Mary Kay is ready to take off in 2021. Read more below on her journey to launch and how Mary Kay values community.

Spring is just around the corner, and we’re thrilled to head into a new season with another Member to Meet feature. Meet Katrina DeWit, a Real Estate Advisor at Engel & Volkers Minneapolis. Katrina has been a member for the BWC for two years, we’re excited to take you behind the scenes and share how Katrina started with answering phones and worked her way to owning her own small business and closing out her BUSIEST season yet.
