Karla Heeter serves as the Executive Director of the Buffalo Hospital Foundation and is one of the innovators of the Bounce Back Project. She is a partner in a new startup company called Grace Gear and another innovative business called Bounce Travels. In addition, Karla has been a humorous motivational speaker for more than 20 years. She has a passion for life and a deep desire to make a difference.
