Meet the team that guides The BWC and our Circles.
Facilitators are the heart of every BWC Circle—part guide, part connector, and part logistics manager. They ensure conversations go deep, every voice is heard, and meetings stay focused and productive. With backgrounds as business owners and executives themselves, Facilitators bring real-world insight and a vast network to support members. Their role is both strategic and personal—curating speakers, managing communication, and championing the growth of every woman in the Circle.
