Thriving Through Change Intensive

Change is constant—and how we respond determines whether we simply survive it or thrive through it.

This interactive workshop equips participants with practical tools and neuroscience-based insights to understand how the brain reacts to change, build personal resilience, and strengthen emotional intelligence during transitions. Attendees will explore the stages of change, learn strategies to manage uncertainty and stress, and discover how to support themselves and their teams in navigating change with greater adaptability, confidence, and composure.

Learning Objectives:

  • Explain how the brain processes change and identify common emotional and behavioral responses that occur during transitions.

  • Apply practical strategies to build personal resilience and maintain focus and well-being during periods of uncertainty.

  • Strengthen emotional intelligence skills to better manage reactions, communicate effectively, and support others through change.

  • Develop an action plan for navigating change within their team or organization that promotes adaptability, trust, and collaboration

 Unique Learning Format

We call this an “intensive” because we’ll share short, actionable microlessons each week. Each microlesson is designed for busy schedules and real-world use. You’ll then have time to reflect, apply and experiment with what you have learned in your own environment.

Then, our in-person session will give you a chance to integrate what you have learned through guided exercises, peer feedback and real time practice.
