Paid Leave is coming to Minnesota. Is your business ready?

Minnesota Paid Leave is a new program launching Jan. 1, 2026, that provides workers with paid time off when a serious health condition prevents them from working, when they need time to care for a family member or a new child, for certain military-related events, or for certain personal safety issues.

To help you prepare, Minnesota Paid Leave staff are partnering with The BWC, NAWBO MN & WBDC to provide an overview of the program, answer your questions, hear from other business owners and help you get ready for Paid Leave.
