From Conflict to Connection: Navigating Effectively for Stronger Relationships

  • West End Conference Center 1600 Utica Avenue South St. Louis Park, MN, 55416 United States (map)

Conflict is a natural part of any relationship, including work relationships—but how we handle it makes all the difference. Conflict is inevitable, but it doesn’t have to be destructive. In fact, when managed well, conflict can spark innovation, build trust, and strengthen your team relationships.

This isn’t just another talk on conflict.
It’s a transformative experience designed to shift how you view and handle tension in your relationships. We'll dive into:

  • The hidden drivers behind workplace conflict

  • The natural stages conflict moves through (and how to recognize them early)

  • Your personal conflict style—and how to flex it for better outcomes

  • Practical tools for reframing conflict into productive dialogue

But we're not stopping there.

Pre-Session Learning: Four Weeks of Microlessons
Starting one month before our session, you'll receive one short, actionable microlesson per week. Each lesson will focus on a specific, high-impact skill—designed for busy schedules and real-world use. You’ll have time to reflect, apply, and experiment with each tool in your own work environment.

Then we’ll bring it all together.
Our in-person (or virtual) workshop will be a hands-on session where we weave together the foundational skills. Through guided exercises, peer feedback, and real-time practice, you’ll leave with:

  • A personalized conflict management playbook

  • Greater confidence in handling high-stakes conversations

  • Stronger connections with fellow women business leaders who "get it"

This experience is about more than managing conflict.
It’s about leading with clarity, connection, and courage—no matter the challenge.
