Companies of all sizes are struggling to attract, keep, and engage great talent, employees are experiencing burnout at unprecedented levels, and HR teams simply can’t keep up with the people challenges.

So what if companies hopped off the merry-go-round of talent and solved for root cause?

While we would never suggest that a single solution will solve all people pain points, there is a solution that begins to address a majority of these pain points in an ongoing, sustainable manner. Effective people leadership.

Great people leadership isn’t something that most people are born with, it is developed. It is also easier said than done given foundational practices about who, how, and why we promote people into leadership, the changing workforce expectations, and the dynamic nature of dealing with human beings. In this series, we will take a strategic look at people leadership, why it is so challenging, what is changing in how we lead, and how to use science to understand and develop people leadership skills.
