Myrna Marofsky, Founder
My passion is around women business owners and I've turned my attention to helping them grow their business. I coach women business owners so they can turn their dreams into realities. We strategize and plan together. Once the plan is set, I coach them to work their plans. Often they have employee or team issues, which require some type of consultative work. I love to facilitate change and to get people talking in order to work together more effectively.
As a Chapter Chair for three Minneapolis groups of Women President's Organization™ (WPO)
I facilitate groups of smart, highly successful, women business owners as they act as peer advisors. These women have business that exceed $1 million in revenue for service businesses and $2 million or more for product and service businesses.
In 2009 I founded The Business Women's Circle®. I am busy forming Circles and preparing the facilitators.
Prior to 2007 I was President and co-owner of ProGroup, a nationally recognized diversity consulting. As a leader of ProGroup I facilitated executive sessions and conducted dialogues with executives of Fortune 500 companies, as well as created award-winning diversity training programs and training tools.
