The BWC® brings like-minded business women together to share their collective wisdom and support one another as they work to achieve business, leadership and personal goals. Our Circles provide safe spaces for trusted peers to learn, grow and develop their skills through facilitated tools and a curated community of ambitious and caring women.

Our Annual Forum
One of the community’s most anticipated days of the year, our Forum is open to anyone interested in joining. We come together for a day of programming that is inspirational but also packed full of actionable insights, and crafted specifically to nourish community, connection, and relationship-building.

We are always striving to set our members up for success. New members are invited to join a Circle that best fits with their needs and expectations after a brief interview process. We look for qualities that will support not only the goals of The BWC®, but your goals as well.
